Project Overview

This substantial care home refurbishment project in Brixham, Devon, was delivered by Edleigh Construction as the main contractor.

The project involved extensive refurbishment works alongside significant mechanical and electrical installations, requiring the coordination of multiple trades and specialist contractors.

Working under a JCT contract, we managed the construction programme, subcontractors and day-to-day delivery of the works, working closely with the client and professional team throughout.
