PROJECT OVERVIEW
New Build Home | Newton Abbot, Devon
Gothic Road is a complete new-build home delivered by Edleigh Construction, taking the project from the early construction stages through to a fully finished property.
We managed and coordinated the build throughout, bringing together the different trades and stages required to create a modern, high-quality home, including the main construction works, internal finishes, kitchen and bathrooms, mechanical and electrical works and external areas.
The project is a great example of our fully managed approach to new builds, combining hands-on construction experience with the organisation and coordination needed to take a project from plans through to completion.
The finished home demonstrates what we aim to achieve on every project: quality workmanship, considered finishes and a home built to be enjoyed for years to come.
